30-day Return Policy

We understand that sometimes the way something looks online isn’t always the way it looks close-up. When you receive your goods, if you are not 100% satisfied and choose to return an item, we will either:

1. provide you with a credit for use at a future date of your choosing, or

2. provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note: this does NOT include any shipping charges incurred.

Please note: the 30-day Return Policy does not apply to custom or personalised orders. If you are commissioning work please ensure that all sizes given are correct and that designs are to your liking before placing the order.
